Thibaut Courtois Joins Steve Aoki on Stage at Tomorrowland, Throws Cakes at Fans
Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois took a break from his summer holiday to join Steve Aoki on stage at the Tomorrowland music festival in Belgium.
Courtois, 32, was filmed throwing large creamy desserts into the crowd, a stunt that is a signature part of Aoki’s shows. This is not the first time Courtois has participated in Aoki’s cake-throwing antics, as the two had previously collaborated at an event in Ibiza earlier this summer.

Aoki posted a video on Instagram of Courtois caking fans, captioning it: “Thibaut Courtois asked me if he could try caking someone… So of course I had to let him give it a go… Amazing goalie and amazing at throwing cakes. Next time I’m going to cake at the Bernabeu…”
Courtois has now returned to training with Real Madrid ahead of their summer tour of the USA. The goalkeeper is hoping to stay injury-free throughout the 2024-25 campaign, after playing just five games last season due to a torn meniscus in his right knee.
