Cash Warren is beaming with pride when it comes to his wife, Jessica Alba, and her remarkable accomplishments with The Honest Company.
“What Jessica achieved with The Honest Company is truly remarkable, and she’s still involved as a board member,” Warren, 45, shared in an exclusive interview. “We’re still an Honest household, and when she stepped down, she had been at the helm for 12 or 13 years and had found a great CEO. It was simply time for a change.”
Although Alba, 43, has handed over the reins, she’s now free to pursue other passions, like acting.
“I’m absolutely blown away by her seamless transition back into acting. Her first movie, Trigger Warning, debuted on Netflix and became the No. 1 movie in 84 countries, with over a billion streams in its first weekend,” Warren revealed. “I’m still in awe of how she effortlessly stepped down from her role at Honest and jumped back into acting, achieving instant success like that.”
“It’s mind-boggling to me,” he added. “I keep thinking, ‘How does she do it?!’”
The couple, who share three children – Honor, 16, Haven, 12, and Hayes, 6 – have been married for 16 years and together for nearly two decades.
When the workday ends, the pair enjoy unwinding with private date nights, prioritizing quality time together.
“Unplugging is crucial,” Warren emphasized. “We love taking leisurely walks, having meaningful conversations, and savoring good food together. We share many common interests, which makes spending time together a joy. What’s wonderful is that we’re still open to learning from each other. Jessica is on an inspiring spiritual journey, and I’m happy to join her, whether it’s participating in sound baths or learning about crystals and astrology.”
Before embarking on a summer vacation to Europe, Warren is celebrating 10 years of his company, Pair of Thieves, with co-founders Alan Stuart and David Ehrenberg. To mark the milestone, the brand has launched an initiative called The Power of 10, where they will donate 10,000 pairs of socks to ten charities in need.
“As we built this brand, it was essential to make it a reflection of us and the things that matter most to us, including helping others, which has always been part of who we are,” Warren explained. “It only made sense to incorporate that into Pair of Thieves.”
When asked why the brand has endured for nearly a decade, Warren has a theory.
“I believe Pair of Thieves has succeeded because we deliver products that consumers want and need, meeting them where they are and providing great quality basics at an affordable price,” he said. “We’ve been fortunate to work with fantastic retail partners, and our loyal customers have helped us reach this milestone.”
