A Hollywood Hills home once owned by a former MTV star is now on the market. The 2,398-square-foot property is listed by Cesar Melendrez from Jason Mitchell Real Estate for $1.799 million.

In a house tour video posted on April 4, Steve-O first announced his plans to sell the property. The former residence included a skate ramp and a goat barn, but before it was listed, nearly every room was renovated, including the backyard.

In the description of his California house tour video on YouTube, Steve-O revealed his intention to sell the property. “I worked on this video for years, but stopped when I decided to sell the house,” he wrote.

The open floor plan on the first floor, featuring a chef’s kitchen and living room, was showcased by Steve-O. He also showed off his former game room, which was transformed into a functional storage space.

Deer print wallpaper adorned the walls near the stairway leading up to Steve-O’s bedroom, which featured a cozy bed and a massage chair.

He even gave viewers a glimpse of his remodeled production room, complete with fun pictures and unique curtains.

Concluding the tour, Steve-O showcased his small skate ramp, which had been featured in numerous YouTube videos over the years.

Now, the house has undergone a remarkable transformation and is almost unrecognizable. “Everything’s painted, they cleaned out my goat barn, the ramp’s gone, and it will be listed soon,” Steve-O confirmed.

Steve-O’s former California property is conveniently located near the famous Hollywood sign. The house is described as being ‘atop a private hillside’ and is just minutes away from popular attractions like the Hollywood Reservoir and the Sunset Strip.

The exterior of the house remained consistent in both of Steve-O’s videos. The front of the house and the fence that partially blocks the property remained unchanged during the renovations.

The open floor plan on the lower level remains intact, but with a fresh new look. The wooden beams on the living room ceiling have been painted black to match the fireplace, and the rustic wooden floors and window placement provide an abundance of natural light.

The living room has been furnished with modern furniture and a new fireplace color. Steve-O added his own touch by hanging custom artwork in the room, infusing his personality into the space.

The chef’s kitchen features white marble countertops that beautifully match the built-in drawers next to the stainless steel oven. The island, cabinets, and lighting were already in place before the listing. Following the living room’s lead, the wooden beams in the kitchen have been painted black for a cohesive and modern look.

Although sad about the move, Steve-O described it as “bittersweet” before departing. He and his fiancée, Lux Wright, loaded their belongings into moving trucks and, despite some challenges with their goats, bid farewell to California.

This move represents a new chapter in his life as he starts a new life with his fiancée and pursues his passion for creating an animal sanctuary.”

The bedrooms in Steve-O’s former California home have been fully renovated with new white furniture and bedding, accented with hints of color for a calming atmosphere. The window next to one of the beds fills the room with abundant natural light.

The master suite is a stark contrast to Steve-O’s previous bedroom, which featured dark colors, a bed, and a massage chair. The new suite is filled with light colors and modern furniture, offering a clearer view from the private balcony. From the balcony, one can even spot neighboring houses near the Hollywood sign.

The master bathroom boasts a long and narrow layout, complete with a luxurious bathtub.

The spacious garage offers plenty of room for parking cars or storing essential items like tools, toys, or, in Steve-O’s case, accessories for his goat barn, which was once a beloved feature of the property.

The area that once housed a skate ramp has been transformed into an outdoor oasis, ideal for hosting guests and enjoying breathtaking sunsets.

The porch provides a view of the private balconies, including the one attached to the master suite.

Steve-O couldn’t hide his excitement as he showed off his new Tennessee retreat, beaming with joy throughout the tour. “Everything is an upgrade,” he said. “Our goats have a brand new barn, a fantastic new pen, and we let them roam freely on the property.”

In addition to their four goats, Steve-O and Lux share their home with two pigs, two dogs, and four cats. Their animal caretaker, Daniel, also made the move with them, ensuring that their furry friends are well taken care of.

Steve-O added, “I love our life on the ranch so much that I never want to leave.”

To commemorate their move, Steve-O and Lux updated their bedroom with a new mattress and bed set. However, he brought all the furniture and decor from their California bedroom and placed it in the guest bedroom of their new home.

Steve-O noted, “The only thing that hasn’t been upgraded on the radical ranch is our video production room. Now, we transfer all our footage to a top-secret new location in California.”
