Before departing for her next destination, the 34-year-old pop star generously donated to the Edinburgh Food Project, a charity supporting food banks across the city. The organization took to Instagram to express their gratitude and share the news, highlighting how Swift’s visit and donation will positively affect Edinburgh for years to come.
“As fans gathered at Murrayfield for the first of three record-breaking gigs, we learned that Taylor Swift would be supporting food banks across the city 🪩,” they wrote. “Taylor has changed Edinburgh for the better, and her gift ensures that those in need will feel her lasting impact.”

As Swift moves on to Liverpool, where she’ll perform three consecutive shows at Anfield Stadium from June 13 to June 15, fans are eagerly anticipating surprises. The pop icon is known for making special announcements during her Eras Tour concerts, and with the 100th show coinciding with her half birthday, expectations are high. Liverpool itself has embraced the occasion, rebranding as “Taylor Town” and creating installations inspired by Swift’s albums.
Swift’s impact on Liverpool extends beyond her performances. The city has embraced her visit with open arms, creating the Taylor Town Trail, which features 11 installations inspired by her albums. From a moss-covered grand piano representing Evermore to a “red room” for Red and giant hearts for Lover, each installation celebrates the unique style and story of each album.
Local institutions are also getting involved. The University of Liverpool is hosting a free “Tay Day,” a symposium exploring the cultural phenomenon of Taylor Swift. The event will include critical karaoke sessions, interactive talks on Swift’s lyrics and albums, and discussions on her influence on feminism and the LGBTQ+ community.
