Travis Kelce traded his football gear for a power washer as the Kansas City Chiefs star spent time working at his local car wash business in Columbia, Missouri. This comes while his partner, Taylor Swift, is busy with her highly anticipated ‘Eras’ Tour in Europe.
The 34-year-old, three-time Super Bowl champion shared a clip on TikTok on Monday, showcasing himself in a black company polo, khakis, and white sneakers. He enthusiastically helped staff and customers scrub down cars, one vehicle at a time.
Kelce captioned the video, “Get your ride summer-ready at Club Car Wash. They sure know how to train their staff,” he added, seemingly proud of his new skills.

The veteran tight end, who recently signed a two-year extension with the Chiefs, making him the highest-paid player in his position, seemed to be having the time of his life. He was seen dancing and thrusting with the power washer to the song ‘Work’ by ATEEZ playing in the background.
Kelce joined the Club Car Wash ownership team in April 2021 through his Eighty-Seven and Running Foundation. The number on his football jersey for the Chiefs is 87, a number that holds significance for him.
“After learning about the industry’s potential and knowing that my partners have extensive knowledge and experience, I thought Club Car Wash was an excellent opportunity. I’m thrilled to be part of it,” Kelce shared in a press release at the time.
In December, the NFL star expressed his pride in investing in the multi-state car wash business, citing the “premium product” it offers. He also highlighted the company’s commitment to supporting and fundraising for local communities, which he finds particularly meaningful.
Kelce, 34, took a break from football to work at his car wash business while also attending a charity softball game in Cleveland.
Swift, Kelce’s partner, has been captivating audiences across Europe with her Eras Tour.
Club Car Wash has a significant presence, with over 160 locations in 10 states, soon expanding to 11, according to Professional Car Washing & Detailing.
In February, right before the Chiefs’ consecutive Super Bowl victories, Club Car Wash demonstrated its support for Kelce by donating $42,301 to his foundation for every new member who signed up. Kelce expressed his gratitude, stating, “I am so thankful for Club Car Wash’s ongoing support of the Eighty-Seven and Running organization.”
He added, “The funds raised will directly benefit initiatives aimed at empowering children in the community, helping them unlock their full potential.”
While Swift performed in Edinburgh, Scotland, over the weekend, Kelce participated in a charity softball game hosted by Cleveland Browns tight end David Njoku in Ohio. Swift’s next stops on her tour include three consecutive nights in Liverpool from June 13 to June 15.
