The video, captioned “Just finished chemo,” showcased Isabella’s resilience and determination throughout her health journey. She and her sister danced to Bryson Tiller’s song “Let ‘Em Know,” expressing their excitement and relief.
Isabella’s battle with medulloblastoma began in October 2023, when she underwent emergency surgery and two additional procedures. Since then, she has bravely shared her experiences through YouTube videos, revealing the emotional and physical challenges she faced, including severe pain and memory loss.
In April, Isabella shared a tearful update with her followers, expressing her joy at the reduction of her chemotherapy sessions from six to four. This meant she could look forward to a summer of healing and a much-needed break before returning to school.
In a heartfelt interview on Good Morning America in January, Isabella and her father, Michael, opened up about her health journey. Isabella shared that her symptoms began with headaches during her freshman year of college in fall 2022, which she initially attributed to vertigo. However, in October 2023, her condition worsened, and she started vomiting blood.
