Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are reportedly planning to sell their Los Angeles home as they navigate through some challenges in their relationship, according to a source close to the couple.
The luxurious mansion, which the couple acquired for a reported $60 million, is being discreetly shown to potential buyers, even though it hasn’t been officially listed on the market. The property boasts an impressive 38,000 square feet of living space, nestled on five acres of land. It includes 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, a spacious 12-car garage, a swimming pool, and a dedicated sports complex with basketball and pickleball courts, a gym, and even a boxing ring.

The decision to sell their home comes shortly after Lopez, 54, made headlines last month by canceling her highly anticipated This Is Me … Live tour. In a heartfelt message conveyed to fans through Live Nation and Lopez’s fan newsletter, it was explained that the singer was taking a step back to spend time with her children, family, and close friends.
Lopez personally expressed her feelings in the email, saying: “I am truly heartbroken and devastated to have to let you all down… I promise to make it up to you and we will be together very soon. I love you all so much.”
Following the tour cancellation, Lopez took the time to thank her fans for their unwavering support, as her Netflix film, Atlas, reached the number one spot worldwide. In a June “On The JLo” newsletter, she wrote, “It may seem like there’s a lot of negativity out there in the world right now… but don’t let the voices of a few overshadow the overwhelming amount of love and support out there.”
Speculation about a potential rift between Lopez and Affleck, 51, began circulating in May, with Us reporting later that month that Affleck had moved out of their shared residence in Beverly Hills “several weeks” prior. Neither Affleck nor Lopez has publicly commented on the situation.
According to an insider, the couple began experiencing difficulties a few months ago, coinciding with Lopez’s increased work commitments and preparations for her tour. “Jen is very career-focused,” the source explained, adding that they are often “on two completely different pages.”
Lopez has certainly kept herself busy this year, with a variety of projects on her plate. In addition to her tour, she has starred in the films This Is Me… Now: A Love Story and Atlas, and her Amazon documentary, The Greatest Love Story Never Told, featured Affleck.
Despite the rumors of marital troubles, the couple has been spotted together on multiple occasions, including driving around Los Angeles and attending Affleck’s daughter Violet’s high school graduation party.
