Blanca Blanco sizzled in an emerald green bikini as she celebrated Labor Day weekend in the Caribbean.
The actress, who stars as Katarina Lopez in the upcoming movie Finding Nicole, has been enjoying some downtime after working on several new projects. In an exclusive interview, Blanco revealed her new 20-minute biohack that has been giving her incredible results.
“I have been doing a new workout trick that was suggested by my trainer,” she said. “I used to go for 20-minute walks in the morning, but I felt it didn’t do much to drop weight. Then I was told if I walk and do bursts of running for like 10 seconds here and there, it would rev up my metabolism.”
“It’s a biohack because you run, then stop, run, then stop over and over again, and it makes your body work harder. But it’s not a ton of effort, and it still takes the same 20 minutes,” she added.

Blanco also revealed that she only consumes carbohydrates once a week, which shocks her body and helps with weight loss. She believes that having carbs every day can make the body less efficient at processing them.
In addition to her new workout routine, Blanco has been focusing on strength training instead of intense cardio. She does strength training at home and at the gym, which helps her maintain muscle mass and stay toned.
“As we get older, we lose muscle mass; that’s called sarcopenia. So it’s important to keep muscle mass up,” she said. “When you maintain muscle mass, then you not only look better, but you move better, and your risk for injury is lower.”

Blanco also shared her thoughts on Ozempic, a diabetes drug that has been used for weight loss. She stated that she would never use the drug for weight loss and would rather work out and diet naturally.
“I know Ozempic does wonders for people suffering from diabetes, it’s like a miracle drug for some, but I wouldn’t use it for weight loss,” she said. “I don’t judge people who do that, I know it’s incredibly challenging to lose weight. It’s just not for me because I feel I can diet and exercise to stay at the weight I want.”
Blanco has been open about her fitness journey and has shared her tips and tricks for staying healthy and toned. She believes in the importance of mobility, strength, and stability, and makes sure to prioritize her workout routine.
“I do strength training for my mental health, because it makes me feel so positive. Even those two 10-minute workouts rev me up and shoot up my endorphins,” she said.
