Christie Brinkley and Chevy Chase have reunited, and it’s a blast from the past! The 70-year-old supermodel and the 80-year-old Saturday Night Live veteran were spotted together in the back of a car, looking like they’re still having the time of their lives.
The actors co-starred in the hit 1983 movie National Lampoon’s Vacation, where Christie played the iconic “girl in the red Ferrari” who drove Chevy’s character, Clark Griswold, wild.
Christie captioned the Instagram photos and video, “Vacation is always over too soon! @chevychase.” Fellow model Paulina Porizkova and Christie’s daughters, Alexa Ray Joel and Sailor Cook, were among those who liked the post.

In National Lampoon’s Vacation, Christie played the role of the beautiful blonde who drove Clark Griswold off the road and later enticed him at a hotel pool.
Recently, Christie celebrated her 70th birthday, and her kids wished her a happy birthday on social media. Sailor shared, “HAPPY SEXY 70, MOM!”, while Alexa wrote a heartfelt poem for her mother.
In an interview, Christie talked about how she maintains her youthful appearance, saying she’s fine with having a few wrinkles and doesn’t believe in overdoing it with Botox. She wants to look natural and age gracefully.
Twice a year, Christie undergoes resurfacing Fraxel treatments to help with sun damage. She also advised her followers to “love, laugh, and live it up” and to make every day count.
Last summer, Christie said she will still be posing in her bikinis for social media when she hits 70, as she feels as good as she did 40 years ago.
She credits her positive attitude and curiosity about the world around her for keeping her young and energized. Family keeps her grounded, and she loves spending time with her daughters, Alexa Ray, 37, and Sailor, 24, as well as her son, Jack, 27.
Christie also shared her fitness tips, advising her followers to avoid sugar and exercise regularly. She believes that vibrant good health is the ultimate prize.
On her Instagram stories, Christie broke down her healthy diet tricks, which rely heavily on freshly picked fruit. She shared a photo of freshly cut papaya with greens on top, saying she’s planting the seeds from the papaya.
