Nicolas Jackson Silences Critics with Blistering Response After Scorching 6-2 Chelsea Victory

**Nicolas Jackson Hits Back at Chelsea Legend After Scoring Against Wolves**

Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson responded to criticism from a former Chelsea star, telling him to “shut your mouth” after scoring early on in the Blues’ 6-2 victory against Wolves.

Jackson’s goal came just two minutes into the game, and he celebrated by hitting back at John Obi Mikel, who had criticized his finishing against Manchester City last weekend. Mikel, who played for Chelsea between 2006 and 2017, had said that Jackson lacked the ability to score crucial goals, comparing him unfavorably to Manchester City’s Erling Haaland.

However, Jackson proved his doubters wrong with his quickfire goal against Wolves, and he took to Instagram to respond to Mikel’s comments. “Shut your mouth,” Jackson wrote. “Don’t talk s***, we are killing ourselves for Africa.”

Despite his inconsistent form since joining Chelsea from Villarreal last year, Jackson has scored 17 goals in 45 appearances for the Blues. His goal against Wolves will have done his confidence a world of good, and he will hope to continue proving himself to Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca.

The victory against Wolves was an eventful one, with Matheus Cunha equalizing for the home team before Cole Palmer restored Chelsea’s lead. Jorgen Strand Larsen then made it 2-2, but Noni Madueke’s hat-trick in the second half sealed the win for the Blues, with Joao Felix scoring late on.
