Ahead of the premiere of his new Hulu comedy, Chad Powers, the actor has undergone a drastic transformation, and we’ve got the first official look.
The 35-year-old actor co-created the half-hour comedy with Michael Waldron, and the pair are also executive producing alongside Eli Manning, who created the original ESPN+ sketch that inspired the series.
This week, Hulu released a first official photo of Glen Powell in character as Chad Powers, showcasing his dramatic makeover for the role.
The Look of Deception
In the photo, Glen sports a long, shaggy blonde wig, complete with a prosthetic nose and a hint of scruff on his upper lip, giving him an unrecognizable appearance.
The Story Behind the Show
According to the official synopsis, the series follows the story of Russ Holliday, a hotshot quarterback whose college career takes a hit due to bad behavior. To revive his career, Russ disguises himself and joins a struggling Southern football team as the affable Chad Powers.
