Beloved Patriots Doc Mark Price Succumbs to Brave Fight Against Silent Killer

The New England Patriots organization is mourning the loss of their esteemed team doctor, Dr. Mark Price, who passed away on Sunday.

Dr. Price had been the Patriots’ head team physician and medical director since 2016, playing a crucial role in the team’s success, including two Super Bowl wins during his tenure.

The Patriots announced that Dr. Price’s passing was due to a battle with cancer.

‘His contributions to the health and well-being of our players were invaluable, and his commitment to excellence was evident in every aspect of his work,’ Patriots owner Robert Kraft said in a statement.

Before joining the NFL, Dr. Price was a captain in the U.S. Navy Reserves and was awarded a Bronze Star Medal for his service in combat operations in Afghanistan.
