The reality TV show Love After Lockup has a reputation for not exactly being a breeding ground for long-lasting relationships. In fact, it’s common for couples to fizzle out mere months after the inmate’s release.

Julian and his partner in crime, Christine, do seem to genuinely care for each other, but if Vegas were to put odds on Love After Lockup couples, theirs would be a risky bet.

Are Julian and Christine Still Together?

For those rooting for Julian and Christine, there’s some good news. The couple appears to be going strong, as evidenced by recent social media posts, including a photo from July 25:

Further evidence of Christine’s commitment to Julian comes in the form of a tattoo of his name over her heart, which she shared on Instagram on June 15:

I couldn’t find any evidence of Julian getting a matching Christine tattoo, but he’s demonstrated his commitment in other ways. For instance, he took care of Christine’s cat, Chucky Bonkers, while she was incarcerated. That’s a significant gesture of devotion!

In addition, Julian was arrested in April for shoplifting from a Walmart in West Virginia, and when questioned about the woman he was seen talking to in security footage, he replied: “Who? What girl?” This misleading statement to police later led to an obstruction charge.

Christine was eventually found and admitted Julian was her boyfriend. Julian’s actions speak louder than words, and it’s clear he’s all in when it comes to Christine.

Julian and Christine’s Family

As mentioned earlier, Christine has three children: a 15-year-old son, and younger twins, a boy and a girl. Julian has two kids with his ex-wife: a daughter and a younger son.

According to court records, Julian filed for divorce on September 29, 2023, and it was finalized on February 8, 2024. Although there appears to be some overlap between Julian’s divorce and his relationship with Christine, it’s clear they’re committed to making it work.

Congratulations to Julian and Christine! I truly hope they continue to live out their happily ever after, and maybe even publish that book they were talking about!
