In a recent interview, the two athletes opened up about the advice that inspires them and how they maintain their high-level performance while juggling the demands of their lives. Kelce revealed that his college tight end coach, Dave Johnson, instilled in him the motto “Fuel the fire,” which has stuck with him throughout his career.
“It’s about finding that spark that drives you to be better every day,” Kelce explained. “I try to find something new to motivate me every single day, whether it’s reading a book or watching a motivational video. I believe that’s what sets me apart from others.”

The duo then shared how they would like to spend a day with no obligations. Dunne said she would unwind, spend time with her family, and do things she loves outside of gymnastics. Kelce echoed similar sentiments, adding that he would disconnect from social media and TV and focus on sleep and self-care.
