NFL Superstar and Fitness Phenom Share Secrets to Peak Performance and Sizzling Physique

Travis Kelce, a three-time Super Bowl champion, and Livvy Dunne, a standout college gymnast, have shared their secrets to success and managing their demanding lifestyles ahead of the upcoming NFL and college gymnastics seasons.

In a recent interview, the two athletes opened up about the advice that inspires them and how they maintain their high-level performance while juggling the demands of their lives. Kelce revealed that his college tight end coach, Dave Johnson, instilled in him the motto “Fuel the fire,” which has stuck with him throughout his career.

“It’s about finding that spark that drives you to be better every day,” Kelce explained. “I try to find something new to motivate me every single day, whether it’s reading a book or watching a motivational video. I believe that’s what sets me apart from others.”

Dunne, on the other hand, credited her mom with teaching her the importance of recognizing that she is more than her sport. “There are not many professional leagues for women’s sports after college, so it’s essential to remember that you have a life beyond your sport,” Dunne said.

When asked how they cope with bad days, Dunne revealed that she likes to identify the root of the problem, while Kelce admitted that he doesn’t have many bad days. “I like to look at the glass as half full,” he said. “I believe that as long as we’re healthy and surrounded by loved ones, life is good.”

The duo then shared how they would like to spend a day with no obligations. Dunne said she would unwind, spend time with her family, and do things she loves outside of gymnastics. Kelce echoed similar sentiments, adding that he would disconnect from social media and TV and focus on sleep and self-care.

Finally, the duo shared their secrets to performing at a high level despite the demands of their lives. Kelce attributed his success to his passion for sports and his desire to compete at the highest level. “I’m still like a little kid when it comes to sports,” he said. “I love watching competition at its highest level, and that’s what drives me to be my best.”
