Kristin Cavallari is selling her 6,788-square-foot Nashville, Tennessee home for $11 million. The star, 37, purchased the property for $3 million in April 2020 and subsequently spent 18 months renovating it, redoing the kitchen, finishing the basement, updating the bathrooms, and expanding her closet.
Located in Franklin, 21 miles south of Nashville, the farmhouse sits on 28.830 acres of land and offers four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and one half bath. The property also includes a guest house and a barn, with the guest house spanning approximately 3,070 square feet.
The home boasts state-of-the-art appliances, a walk-in pantry, custom built-ins, and a wood-burning fireplace. The master bedroom suite is located on the main floor and features a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and a spacious closet. Additionally, the basement has been renovated to include a workout facility and a sauna.
The outdoor space is just as impressive, with a massive swimming pool, a greenhouse or chicken coop, a fire pit, and a screened-in patio. The second floor offers a recreational room with custom bunk beds and a game room, in addition to three ensuite bedrooms.
In 2022, Kristin shared with My Domaine that the home is designed to her taste, as she purchased and renovated it after her divorce from Jay Cutler, with whom she shares three children: sons Camden, 10, and Jaxon, eight, and daughter Saylor, seven.
